• Senior plumber — with several years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing and HVAC installations (new construction, remodels, HVAC systems, tankless water heaters, ductless mini-split systems, etc.).
• Mid-level plumber wanting to grow — if you have a few years of experience and are ready to take on more responsibility, learn, and become part of a dedicated team, we’ll support you.

What you’ll do:

• Work on well-organized new construction and remodeling projects in Whatcom County.
• Install and service plumbing and HVAC systems: piping, tankless water heaters, mini-split HVAC, fixtures, and more.
• Collaborate with contractors, homeowners, and other trades — ensuring projects stay on time, on budget, and meet Vision’s high-quality standards.
• Help uphold Vision’s reputation for craftsmanship, communication, professionalism, and reliability.
